All of our products are 100 percent genuine, fully packaged and as you would find them on the high street. Please be aware, razor blade cartridges sold on many auction sites are made in China and are not genuine, even though they state that they are.
How do I pay for my order?
The only way to purchase goods from RazorBlades2u.com is to order online using the shopping basket. It is completely secure as we use a trusted, online, real-time payment service provider, RBS WorldPay.
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro. Please note that all prices/delivery charges on this website are in Great British Pounds (GBP£).
How about postage and packing costs?
The postage and packing cost on orders is variable and is calculated on the weight of the package, the dimension and the destination. We aim to provide an inexpensive service and as such, strive to reduce postage and packing costs to a minimum. We continually research this important aspect of RazorBlades2u to provide you with the best. By way of example, our most popular product, the Gillette Fusion Power 4 pack cartridges costs £1.25 to send to the United Kingdom.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order date. The majority of orders are received within 3-4 working days. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the standard postal service please allow up to 6 working days for delivery to the UK, 12 working days for orders within Western Europe and 20 for orders throughout the rest of the world. Unlike most online retailers, RazorBlades2u sometimes pack your order individually, so if part of the order is not in stock it will not hold hold delivery of the balance. It is common for your order to get split up by the postal services and sometimes you may receive only half your order one day and the rest the following day.
How can I return the goods if they are faulty?
If the product(s) you receive are faulty please email us within 14 days, stating your order number, which product(s) you wish to return and a description of the fault. Please then return the items to our PO Box address listed below within 21 days of the original dispatch date. Once we have received your goods we will issue you a full refund including the cost of postage to you and the cost of returning the item, or alternatively replace the item at no cost to yourself. Please advise us in your email what course of action you would like us to take, refund or replacement.
How can I return the goods if they are not required?
We offer a 14 day returns policy on all of our goods, whereby if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us providing you notify us within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and which product(s) you wish to return; the product must remain sealed/unopened, in perfect retail condition, and we must receive the goods within 21 days of the original dispatch date. Please then return the items to our PO Box address listed below. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will refund you the cost of the product and postage to you but not including the cost of returning the item to us.
What happens if you are out of stock?
Some of our products are sourced internationally and as such we can not guarantee their availability at all times. Should this be the case, we will email you within forty-eight hours to advise you of the situation. You will have the option of cancelling the order with a full money back guarantee, or having your order placed on back-order. We will contact you when the product is available and give you the option to re-order.
My order has not arrived what can I do?
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. As your order is packed and shipped from Guernsey it may be subject to checks by HM customs on entry to the United Kingdom. If you have not received your order after 7 working days since dispatch (12 days for Europe or 20 days for Rest of the World) please advise us immediately and we will trace the order and investigate.

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by RBS WorldPay which means that we don’t hold records of your credit card details.
